Congratulations to senior design team for their 3rd place at the IEEE region 5 final paper competition on April 18. They got the 1st place at the IEEE region 5 area paper competition on March 16, 2009.

Project Title: High Speed PC-Based Digital Oscilloscope

Summary:
An oscilloscope is one of the most widely used electronic instruments; it is currently used in many fields; for example, medicine, science, telecommunications, and engineering; or any profession that requires designing or repairing electronic equipment.  We were able to design a packaged prototype of a low-cost, high speed, PC-Based digital oscilloscope that provides features that are useful to engineering students. The total amount spent on parts was $115.42.
